Construction Management (Not Staff Augmentation)
     • Managing Requests for Information (RFI) to clarify project details and                  resolve any issues that arise.
     • Implementing effective document control systems to maintain organized          and accessible project records.
     • Managing change orders and claims to ensure they are processed                      efficiently and accurately.

Administrative Tasks
